The Kerry Ridgeway
Simon Holt Marketing Services researched, designed and produced
this 20pp walkers guide book (A5) for the Kerry Ridgeway. This
is a fifteen mile walk, horse or mountain bike ride following
the oldest known routeway in Wales, stretching from the fringe
of the Cambrian Mountains to the sublime countryside of the Welsh
Marches. It runs from Bishop's Castle to a place called Cider
House Farm. In addition to the guide book SHMS also designed
some new Interpretation Panels and Viewpoint Displays.
From prehistoric constructions to today's technology, the
text, photographs and sketches reveal the intimate and intricate
history of the area, enlivened by identification of the distant
views to be had from the roof of mid-Wales. All material is in
Welsh and English.
